FPL is the leading power provider in the state of Florida serving roughly 5 million customers and 11 million people. With multiple subsidiaries and provided services, there were multiple projects being tackled at once ranging from app designs, hurricane relief, employee resource intranets, website designs, and brand/UI toolkit enhancements.

FPL EVolution App
FPL is a leader in electric charging stations across Florida but due to acquiring a variety of companies, they didn’t have a consolidated app for all chargers. Customers were having to download multiple apps to use across the state and FPL received constant complaints regarding their functionality. We provided a solution along with prototypes.
Role: Research & analysis of existing apps, creating multiple rounds of designs with other designers, presentations for client reviews, and prototyping experiences.
FPL Land Use Web Experience
Land Use is a niche service where, when available, FPL may enter into lease or license agreements for the use of their land. FPL owns approximately 85,000 acres of land throughout the State of Florida and currently, the only way to acquire information about property, is via phone call. We created an experience so customers can explore properties quickly and conveniently all online.
Role: Research & analysis of the existing process, interviewing the client for requirements/pain points, working closely with UX, leading visual designs, and prototyping.
